The water temperatures on the Kissimmee Chain of Lakes have been staying in the 60s. This will make the smaller male Bass, start to move in to shallow waters to compete for spawning areas. The Crappies have been moving from open water to the outside edge of the kissimmee grass looking for food. The best bait of choice would be a Crappie jig tipped with a minnow and fish along the edge of the kissimmee grass.
